About Airbrush Face & Body Makeup
Questions
& answers to frequently asked questions. Is
airbrush makeup safe? ABSOLUTELY!!
Airbrush makeup is more hygienic than traditional makeup.
No more icky brushes and dirty water that can transfer bacteria from one
face to another. With airbrush
makeup, the only wet stuff that touches your skin is the makeup. Airbrush makeup sits on the surface of the skin, allowing the
skin to breathe. It does not clog
the skin’s pores the way traditional makeup does.
Many people with skin problems find their problems start to disappear
when they switch to airbrush makeup. How
much air pressure is used? Airbrush
makeup uses approximately 3 – 10 psi (pounds per square inch) air pressure.
This is an extremely low pressure and is totally safe for applying
makeup. It does not hurt, sting or
itch. As a matter of fact, it is
quite pleasant on a hot day!! What
kind of airbrush makeup is used? Only
FDA approved hypoallergenic airbrush makeup and the highest quality professional
makeup supplies are used. How
fast is airbrush face and body makeup? An airbrush artist can complete a face makeover in approximately 45 minutes. This includes foundation, rouge, eye shadow and eyebrows. We then augment the makeover with professional eye shadow powders, eyeliner, mascara and lipstick. Full body airbrushing depends on the design, color and density required.
For
airbrush tattoos, an artist can apply approximately 45-50 designs per hour.
Most designs can be completed in about 30-45 seconds and full faces take
about 7 minutes. Traditional makeup
just cannot compare! How
do the designs turn out so perfectly beautiful? By
using a combination of stencils and freehand techniques, intricate images with
awesome color variations that are absolutely stunning can be easily created!
If just a tiny bit of glitter is added to highlight the design… voila
…a walking masterpiece! How
do I remove airbrush makeup? Airbrush
makeup will stay bright and vibrant for hours.
When you want to remove the makeup, simply use a bit of soap and water.
When removing makeup from around your eyes, a gentle, baby-type soap is
recommended. It’s so quick…
it’s so easy … and no mess!!
